America’s Next Generation of Entrepreneurs
A dream becomes a reality
October 1, 2017
Amongst bustle in the White House, Sarah Huckabee Sanders took the time to read a letter sent to President Trump regarding the wish of an 11-year old Frank Giaccio.
The letter addressed to President Trump stated, “Even though I’m only 10, I’d like to show the nation what young people like me are ready for, I admire your background in business and I’ve started my own.” Of all letters sent to the White House, this letter caught the eye of President Trump because it speaks for all young people across the nation willing to work hard to accomplish their dreams.
Last week, the young entrepreneur’s dreams came true. He was granted the opportunity to mow the white house lawn. A business he pursued in his hometown, like many other children.
Equipped with gardener’s gloves, goggles, and earplugs, Frank marched on across the lawn of America’s capital, checking off one task from the landscapers to-do list.
Greg Giaccio, Frank’s father, and President Trump followed closely behind the determined sixth grader.“ That’s the real future of the country right there – we’re lucky, maybe he’ll be president someday,” stated President Trump.
In the end Frank held a press conference, in which he thanked his father, Sanders, Trump and “a couple other people” for the lawn mowing opportunity.
